Q) I forgot my password to PasPort/Canvas can you reset it?

A) For password reset for Canvas or Pasport, There are two way you can do this:

1. Click on the Forgot Password link on Main Login page for PasPort and just follow the steps that follow.

2. If step 1 doesn’t work please contact the Pasport Helpdesk, link is located on Main Login page for PasPort, looks like this:

Q) My browser is not working, what can I do?

A) Make sure you are using a compatible web browser, i.e. Google Chrome, FireFox and Internet Explorer. If already using one please make sure your browser is up to date

Q) I’m taking a face to face class but I can’t see my class in canvas?

A) 1. First, very important to do this step, Ask your instructor if they are using canvas to supplement the course

    2. Second, Ask your instructor if the course is published on canvas

    3. Third if you instructor said yes to both make sure that your class isn’t hidden by clicking on the Courses Tab on the left hand side navigation menu and then clicking All Courses to see all your Course. If you see your course there go ahead and             click on your course to start. If you do not see your course in the All Course page go ahead and contact us we can help you add the course to your canvas.

Q) Help! I’ve registered for an online course, but I can’t see it on my canvas.

A ) First , take a deep breath everything will be ok, make sure that your class isn’t hidden by clicking on the Courses Tab on the left hand side navigation menu  and then clicking All Courses to see all your Course. If you see your course there go              ahead and click on your course to start. If you do not see your course in the All Course page, go ahead and contact us and we can figure it together. Please have your Palomino ID and Pasport username ready.

Q) I dropped a course but it is still showing up in my canvas, what do I do?

A) Don't worry it actually happens all the time just go ahead and give contact us through either phone or the helpdesk system, Make sure you have your Palomino ID and Pasport Username ready

Q) I’m having trouble submitting my assignment through Turnitin.

A) First, the most crucial step in here, is your assignment still open for submissions, check your due date, if it is past due chances are that your instructor is not allowing late submissions. At this point we are sorry not much we can do, Please contact       your instructor for help.

Q) I have a Chromebook and Lockdown browser doesn't want to download?

A) Unfortunately, Lockdown Browser is not supported by Chromebooks yet.
