Concourse Syllabus - Troubleshooting View Errors

There is a known LTI 1.3 issue currently affecting some users when attempting to view the Concourse Syllabus with Google Chrome, the preferred browser for Canvas.  To avoid this error, it is recommended to add campusconcourse.com and api.apidapter.com to the allowed list to allow 3rd party cookies. Please follow the steps below.

Google Chrome Browser: Allow Cookies for Concourse

  1. Open Chrome Browser

  1. At the top right, click the three dots.

  1. From the menu, choose Settings.

  1. Click Privacy and security (a), then Third-party cookies (b).

  1. Scroll down to Customized behaviors (c). Next to "Allowed to use third-party cookies", click Add (d).

  1. Under Site, add campusconcourse.com (e) and click Add (f).

  1. Add api.apiadapter.com by repeating steps 5 and 6.

  1. If both sites were added successfully, they will be listed underneath "Allowed to use third-party cookies".

  1. Clear the cache.
  2. Return to your course in Canvas, and the Concourse Syllabus should load properly.
  3. If viewing issues continue, please submit a ticket.
