If you encounter this error, please make sure you are navigating to your exam through the Modules or Assignments link on your course's menu. Please do not use the "To Do" list or Calendar to access the exam. Respondus Support offer additional recommended solutions in their Support Article: "There is a problem with the settings for this exam."
